Summary
This is a group menu page. Originally this menu was labeled as a Group Home menu. This was due to the fact that Freemed-YiRC was originally developed for group home type settings and residential care. Today, however, this is simply called a Group Menu. Groups may refer to physical or non-physical locations. Any Freemed-YiRC modules which are group-specific are listed here. The menu options on this page will vary wildly from one user to the next depending upon their given security permissions.
Menu options for a given group as a whole can be set up in the Group Database from the main menu (for users with the appropriate security permission). To change the set of options which appear here, choose the Group Database menu option on the main menu, then for a given group click Modify in the far-right hand column. The list of available group modules will be listed under the Permissions section.
Starting with Freemed-YiRC V1.20 an option for Selected Resident may appear at the top of this menu. This can be used to select a default resident. This is useful if your focus is on a specific individual. Previous to this, upon entry of a given module it is typically necessary to specify an individual each time. By selecting a default resident, this screen can be bypassed for each module.
