This is the Form Repository Module
- This module gives a centralized area for forms to be presented to the user.
- There are two modes for all forms, access and admin.
- Individuals with access to both the group and the module have general access to the forms available. They can fill out whichever forms are needed but not able to modify or view forms of others.
- Individual(s) with admin permission are able to view all available forms and if applicable generate a report based on the data collected thus far.
- Report generation is unique to each form as well as the input displayed for that form
