Freemed-YiRC: E-Mail-Opt Out (email_optout) Security Permission Help Page

This security permission was created for an agency which was sending out large amounts of daily e-mail to it's Freemed-YiRC users. However, a small percentage of those users didn't need to receive those e-mails. This permission was created so an alias could be automatically created and managed which would allow the senders to reach nearly everyone while not bothering the rest of the users.
