Freemed-YiRC: Dynamic Menu System-Edit Module Info (dynmenus_moduleedit) Security Permission Help Page

Allows a user to edit module-specific information in the Dynamic Menu System for existing modules. This includes information about the module itself (description, etc...), security permissions, etc... This does NOT allow a user to create new modules. This permission should only be given to very privileged users!!!
