Freemed-YiRC - Contact Database
The term Contact Database refers to the Freemed-YiRC Contact Database module. This is one of the very core modules of the system. This is where information about people is stored. In Freemed-YiRC, many different types of people are referred to as contacts.
The system stores information about contacts for many different reasons:
- Centralized access to basic contact information such as phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc...
- Government requirements
- Reports and notifications
