Summary
This permission allows a user to view additional Human Resources-specific fields/sections for Staff Contacts in the Contact DB. If you do not give this permission to a user, then certain portions of information for staff contacts will not show up on their list... "Demographics", "Accounting", and "Salary Sheet". If a user needs to be able to view this information, for staff contacts, then they need this permission.

This permission is DIFFERENT from the Contact Database-HR Priv PERMISSION (con hr) permission, which may be deprecated in the future.
