Freemed-YiRC: Contact Database-Access Resource (con_rsc) Security Permission Help Page

This permission allows a user to view Resource Contacts in the Contact DB. If you do not give this permission to a user, then resource contacts will not show up on their list. If a user needs to be able to view resource contacts, then they need this permission.
