This page allows you to create a new field which will show up in the Dates section of the Contact Database for staff contacts. Any fields created here may be used for all staff.

If the staff_dates_calendar_integration module setting for the Contact Database is enabled, a section entitled Calendar/Reminder Integration will show up on the bottom portion of the page. This gives you options of creating of creating calendar items and e-mail alerts for these items. If the Calendar to create events on drop-down is empty, this is because no group calendars exist. To make a calendar show up here, go into the Group Calendar option for a given group menu. This will automatically create one calendar (Main Calendar) for that group. You can do this for all your groups if you wish. When you return to this screen, they will then show up in this field, preceded by the group abbreviation in parenthesis.
