Freemed-YiRC: con_res_viewdiags.php Menu Help Page

This displays the Diagnostic Codes associated with a resident. Here you can view, add, or delete diagnostic codes for this resident.

This list is separate from the DSM-IV Axis! This list is primarily used for medical billing functions.

Freemed-YiRC functions which make use of this list:

• Clinical CaseNotes (CCN) (via the Custom Forms System (CFS)).
  • The above CCNs are then billed using the MedBill Module (MB).
• Outcomes Module (OUT) - These codes are also used when sending the ODMH Outcomes (Ohio Scales data).
• These codes may also be included in reports via the ContactDB Reports (CDR) module

This information should NOT be used for Service Plans (ISPs). That is what the DSM-IV Axis portion of the Contact Database for Residents is for!
