Freemed-YiRC: con_res_assoc_edit.php Menu Help Page

This menu allows you to create a new County/Agency/Parent association. For more information regarding this, please see the help page for the previous menu (Con_res_assoc.php_MENU).

Note! In the drop-down for the field Association Entity Type, if you select either County/Agency or Parent(s), and no relevant records exist for that item, you will receive a pop-up warning notice and the form submit button will be disabled, preventing you from creating a new entry.

If you select County/Agency and no entries exist, one or more entries need to be created in the Counties/Agencies_List_MODULE_(CAG).

If you select Parent(s) and there are no parent records associated with this resident, then these records need to be created in the Parent Info section of the contact database for this resident.
