Freemed-YiRC: con_stf_mod_dates.php Menu Help Page

This page allows you to edit dates related to a staff contact or resource contact.

In addition, if your user has the correct permissions, you may also modify the date fields themselves. This is not in reference to the above, i.e., modifying the contents of the date fields (the dates themselves), but modifying the field - i.e., the name, description, etc... These are the Edit, Delete, and Hide links to the right of each field.

• Edit - Allows you to edit the specifics relating to that one field.
• Delete - Allows you to delete that date field from the system. WARNING: This will delete this date for ALL staff contacts (if you are editing a staff contact) or ALL resource contacts (if you are editing a resource contact)! Any data put in this field will be removed for ALL staff or resource contacts !!!
• Hide - Allows you to hide this field. This has the same effect as deleting, except the system will retain all saved data. However, at this point in time there is no way, via the Freemed-YiRC web interface, to retrieve this data (the data will be stored in the underlying database).

To create new date fields, if your user has the correct permissions, use the Add New Date Field link.
