Freemed-YiRC: Clinical Casenote System - Approve Billable Notes Security Permission Help Page

This permission is used in conjunction with Clinical CaseNote module setting enable_clinical_billing_approval.

When enabled, this permission is required to mark a note as approved to be billed. A note itself will have a billable field on it as well, but this is an additional flag required for it to be billed.
