Freemed-YiRC: cfs_listforms.php Menu Help Page

This menu lists all applicable forms/note types (NIDs) for either the Incident Report System or Clinical CaseNotes modules.

Fields:

NID - The one character Note IDentifier. Since in Freemed-YiRC services can have multiple types of forms, this is an easy way to identify the form being used.
Form Title - The title of the form.
Type/Service - Indicates which note type or service this form is for.
Archive Only? - This is used to indicate if this form is in archive mode. This simply means that no new notes can be created. Existing notes can still be viewed/edited/billed, etc...
