This is the Edit Census page for editing individual resident census records.

Start Date - If you are creating multiple records for a given resident, you will see the Start Date and End Date fields. Also, if the resident has a Date of Entry (DOE) set up in the Contact Database, and that DOE is last year or this year, then you may also see a checkbox for Use res DOE for Start Date. If this checkbox is checked, the Start Date will change to the resident's DOE. This is useful if the resident record (census info) wasn't created at or before the actual intake. If there are multiple missing days, by checking this checkbox the Start Date will auto-fill as the resident's DOE, so the user does not have to manually look it up.

Physically (Not There) - This is used to indicate if a resident is NOT billable for a given day, i.e., they are not physically there.

Reason - This is related to the item above, Physically. If Physically is checked, then this field is used to give a reason why they are not billable or physically there.

Billable - This is used to indicate if this entry is Partially (80%) billable or Not Billable. NOTE: Partially is only displayed if the enable_80pct_functionality module setting for the Census module is NOT set to Disabled!
