Summary

This is the Budget/Reimbursement module for Freemed-YiRC. This is where group home coordinators put in their receipts for reimbursements. They can also check the status of their current budget and plan accordingly.

Creating The First Budget

• The first time you create a fiscal year budget in Freemed-YiRC you must import the system variables.
  • To do so:
    • Go into the Budget/Reimbursements menu from any given group.
    • Click on Modify Account List
    • Click on Edit Variables
    • Click on Import System Variables
  • The system variables will now show up. From this point on when you wish to create a budget for a new fiscal year, you choose the Import Budget Accts/Vars From Previous Fiscal Year and everything will carry forward.

• Budget/Reimbursements-View MODULE (BUD2) - This module is used only to display data from the most recent budget/reimbursement packet.
• FTP/SCP Accounts Database MODULE (FTP) - Used for file transfers.
